Solution Explorer is a fully scalable stock keeping and returns tracking program.
Getting Started..
Please ensure that your system meets the specification requirements listed below:
- Windows (tm) Operating System (Excluding Windows 98)
- At least 1GB of system memory (Ram)
- 120MB of hard disc space
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
- Administrator or Power User type user account
Installation
Insert your SE disc into your drive, and wait for auto play. (If autoplay is not enabled please navigate your way to your computers CD drive. Once openned double click the Setup.exe file. After a short while your application will check the internet for any missing plug-ins.
DSN Entry Creation
To begin a installation of MySQL OBDC connector must be completed. This will allow you to create the DSN entry for the connection to your chosen database. You can download the Mysql ODBC connector by clicking here
Using the Data Source tool we must be create two DSN entries..
Select the MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver and then click finished. This will present you with the MySQL options box. Where you are able to fill in details about the connetion you wish to make to your server.
